How can I enrol in one of your courses?

If you’ve seen a particular course that you wish to enrol in, head on over to that page and click enrol. Alternatively, you can download a course registration form here (insert link) and email it to us at courses@fptraining.com.au

How can I obtain a discount for some of your courses?

To get a discount fill in the form to the right of the screen and you’ll get discounts and first enrolment priority on all of our courses. Subscribing gives you priority to enrol in new courses, take up any discounts and even participate in our community and help out other job seekers and career professionals. You’ll also get our monthly newsletter packed with loads of cool stuff and information.

I am an employer; can I enrol a number of my employees into a course?

Absolutely. All businesses will have access to our corporate rates. Email us at courses@fptraining.com.au or you can contact us on 0411 141 628 to discuss further.

Are all your training courses online study only?

At present yes. Whilst we are currently identifying a suitable training facility in Ipswich and Brisbane, all of courses are completed online. If you would like training to be provided for staff and have an appropriate venue, face to face training can be facilitated. Please call us on 0411 161 628 to discuss your needs.

What do my course fees include?

The following is inclusive of all course fees

  • Hardcopy certificate of completion
  • Learning and Assessment Summary
  • 3 months unlimited access to support
  • Job search assistance. Learn more about our job search assistance service here
  • A free Resume for all students who are not employed
  • Unlimited attempts until successful completion is achieved

What if I don’t have the right software at home?

All courses will require a version on your PC to be fully operational. If you are seeking to undertake training and do not have the right software installed on your PC, please contact us on 0411 141 628 so that we can ensure you are provided with the appropriate courseware.

Your courses are self-paced, how long do I have to complete?

Exactly 6 months from the date of enrolment.
